Founded in 2016 with the first crops arriving the following year, CRG Grow is Cunningham Restaurant Group's own greenhouse. The hydroponic greenhouse provides CRG the opportunity to not just control what we grow, but the quality of the produce that is grown. Safe growing practices, organic pest treatments, no harsh chemicals, and purified water ensure the produce provided is sustainable and fresh for CRG's restaurants. The produce grown at CRG Grow includes basil, mint, thyme, various microgreens, tomatoes, and peppers. The greenhouse also supports the living wall in Vida, which is used in action during restaurant service to provide herbs and greens as fresh as humanly possible.
