The CRG Test Kitchen is where our Culinary team develops and tests the various components that go into our menus at each location. Recipe and menu development is a critical piece where our team spends time creating, developing and sampling to bring our guests the very best culinary experience in our communities. In addition to recipe and menu development, our teams also work to develop new concepts at this location. CRG Test Kitchen is located at 320 N Meridian St # 101, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Last but not least, from time to time, our chefs will host dining experiences in the CRG Test Kitchen facility and in the future in our CRG Grow Greenhouse. Each immersive dining experience is curated artfully to delight the palate and engage guests in the culinary journey of tastes.
