Croûte Baking Company Opens Today!

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) announces the opening of Croûte Baking Co. Located on the first floor of the Chamber of Commerce Building at 320 N Meridian St., Croûte features a grab and go bakery for guests.  The facility also houses CRG’s commissary bakery and test kitchen. 

Croûte (French for crust) features assorted danishes, croissants, muffins, and a sampling of desserts in the pastry case. Locally roasted Hubbard & Cravens coffee and espresso drinks are offered throughout the day. Grab and go breakfast and lunch items include sandwiches, wraps, salads, and bento box-style “Croûte Packs.” Croûte Baking Co. is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 2pm.

Croûte Baking Co. is establishment number 32 for the Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group with locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.  CRG’s current concepts include BRU Burger Bar, Mesh, Stone Creek Dining Company, Boulder Creek Dining Company, Charbonos, Union 50, Livery, Moerlein Lager House, Vida, Provision, Rize, Tavern at the Point, and Nesso.
