Vida serves up delicious food and wine pairings for Devour Indy

Devour Indy begins on Monday, and Vida is ready offering a three-course meal for $45 per person. 

Executive Chef Thomas Melvin prepares the dishes, while Michael Miller shares the perfect wine pairing for each. 

First course: Watermelon Gazpacho - grilled shrimp, spicy pickled nardello, basil

Second course: Potato Gnocchi - sweet corn, guanciale, black truffle
Wine: Tuneta della Terre Nere Etna Rosso Sicily IT 2015

Third course: Chicken Ballontine - beet, hazelnut, cherry, charred onion
Wine: Pascal Granger Earl Julienas Cuvee Special Beaujolais FR 2015
