Bru Burger Bar on Mass Ave. switches to Indiana-made paper straws

As Indy Star's Environmental Reporter, Sarah Bowman, writes "straws can have devastating and often deadly environmental consequences, especially when consumed by wildlife. The concern is such that some cities, states and even countries around the world have or are considering bans on plastic straws.

CRG is taken steps limit these consequences by removing plastic straws from its restaurants beginning with Bru Burger Bar on Indianapolis' Mass Ave. Drinks are not served with straws, but when one is requested the guest is presented with a paper straw.
